The holiday apartment is located in a semi-detached house built in 1936, renovated in 2023, and is furnished in a rustic and luxurious style. The property is popular due to its view of the panorama and its quiet and sunny location at the edge of the forest. This holiday property is a romantic accommodation. Available for exclusive use are: sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, and garden furniture.


Location
Kamp-Bornhofen, 125 m above sea level. The holiday flat is located on a 1,250 m² garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. The number of bedrooms is adjusted to the number of guests. If you require all rooms, please contact us. Centrally located between Koblenz and Rüdesheim, you can visit the many sights and activities from our place.

From the house you can set off directly to hike the Rheinsteig. Access is via a side road (tarmacked). Parking (for 6 cars) on the property. There is an EV charging station on the property. Further free parking is available in the village.
