Hotel in a good location. Is not posh but rustic and down to hearth. Need some maintenance work done and some taking care but other than that, rooms were clean spacious and comfortable. Good if you just need to touch base and sleep there. Good value for money as breakfast was included. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Bed mattress was not comfortable as per my liking. Bit messy on the outside

Quiet spot just out of town centre with lovely views of surrounding countryside. Not too far to walk into Asiago centre if you want to rather than use the car.

It accepts groups of schoolboys on a football tournament. On our first night we had to ask the reception to get the boys to quieten down, they were chatting and shouting in the corridors , they had no concept of being quiet for others. Luckily it settled down by 11pm, back up again at 6 am. We asked to move for the next night and it was much better at the top of the hotel. Minimal noise reduction built in so no soundproofing anyway. The owner and at least one member of his staff didn’t appear to welcome foreigners and the PR aspect of this hotel needs significant improvement. Continental breakfast was OK with lovely croissants but offered the least choice of any of the 4 previous 3 star hotels in the area we had stayed in.

Good money per value hotel. 5 minutes walk from the center. Breakfast was good.

The location was really interesting: Asiago city center is reachable with a 5 minutes walk. The money per value rate is great! Breakfast was enjoyable and abundant, with many option to choose from.

The cleanliness of the room was acceptable but it could be improved. During the day the reception was empty most of the time.

The staff were super accommodating and the hotel was close to the city center and the ski slopes.

The hotel was a bit dated and had a worn feel, for the price. The dinner in the hotel was disappointing.

don’t go there!!

the only good thing is the location, very close to the Center.

everything needs to improve, starting from the staff and especially the host at the reception. we had a very unpleasant welcoming, they are extremely rude. in addition, the room was dirty (not sure they actually change the bed sheet) and there was a lot of noise during the night. the cleaners in the morning talk loudly and you can’t sleep properly due to the noise.

Nice location, not far from the city center. The hotel standard is on average, nothing special. Lots of noises because of other guest traveling along the corridors or outside.
