Be careful re what is included in your room price

Great location & very spacious Great staff

Misleading information on booking Booking implied there was a washing machine with the suite - infact these were shared facilities only available 2-7 in the afternoon which was now what we expected I think the website needs to look more closely on the wording of what is included in the price. I feel we overpaid for what was available.

Fabulous

If you are staying in Asiago, this is a great location: 1. It’s got free, plentiful parking, but is still close to the centre of Asiago (about a km, definitely walkable on foot). 2. If you have children or teenagers, this will be the best option for them, as the chalet also has a bowling alley and other games, such as fuzball. And there’s a bar in there as well, for the adults. 3. There is a tea house/bar on site, where breakfast is served. It’s charming, and you can sit inside or outside. 4. Dogs are allowed and welcome. 5. There is a restaurant on site with rustic, local dishes. 6. The front desk staff were helpful and kind. 7. I had a kitchenette. 8. It is directly across the street from a large grocery store.

The listing on booking.com clearly states that this place has daily housekeeping, and that units have washers. No. I did not have housekeeping of any sort. I was told this was because the apartments do not have housekeeping. They should amend their description on booking.com to reflect this. On day 4 I had to ask for clean towels. The room had no cleaning supplies other than a single j-cloth, a broom, and a pail. I was only there for 5 days, so didn’t want to invest in cleaning supplies. I didn’t even have paper towels or dishwashing soap. I think that these things should be included. Further, there was no washing machine. There is a self-serve laundromat closer to town, about a 1 km walk.

Buona struttura montanara senza troppe pretese

Bella struttura, diversa dal solito come tipologia: sembra un motel montanaro rigorosamente in legno. La reception e sala colazioni molto belle e in perfetta atmosfera montanara, calda e accogliente. I cani sono trattati benissimo: in stanza abbiamo trovato cuccia, ciotole, plaid e biscottini. Buona colazione.

Le camere sono un po’ datate. In bagno non c’è il sapone doccia e i letti (copriletti/cuscini) non sono il top.

Asiago 2025 made in malga

Ci e piaciuto tutto, tranne un po' la camera secondo me usurata dal tempo ed essendo uno stabile grande non e facile gestire il tutto, complimenti al personale gentilissimo e disponibile.se avremo occasione ci torneremo,pizza a gusto mio MOLTO BUONA e anche il resto delle pietanze che hanno provato gli altri commensali , colazione abbondante e buona

La camera e il resto dei servizi molto buono e anche il ristorante convenzionato, a cui si applica uno sconto per chi alloggia in albergo, merita. Anche i prezzi sono buoni. Viaggiando anche con un piccolo cane, mi sono trovata benissimo e la struttura mi ha messo a disposizione una cuccia e le ciotole per il cibo, molto bene!!!

La colazione era un poco scarsa, non c'erano le uova, gli affettati e i formaggi e anche la parte dolce non era il massimo.

Het ontbijt was prima. De kamer is zoals op de foto De pizzeria in de buurt was perfect. Hele vriendelijke bediening.

Badkamer was een lamp kapot waardoor het nogal schemerig was en op de slaapkamer was een lamp kapot. Let daar gewoon even op en controleer het even voordat je een kamer vrijgeeft.

Camere un po’ datate . La nostra aveva una porta della doccia che stava cadendo . Avevamo 4 cuscini piattissimi che messi tutti insieme non ne facevano 1 .

Struttura pet-friendly molto accogliente

La camera è molto spaziosa, sembra un monolocale in quanto c'è una zona cucina e un tavolo per mangiare. Davanti alla camera c'è un parcheggio gratuito. È pet friendly quindi, pagando un supplemento, abbiamo potuto portare in camera il nostro cane. Abbiamo trovato ciotole, crocchette e coperte. Il personale è stato molto gentile. Buona e varia la colazione a buffet. Se dovessimo tornare da quelle parti ci torneremo di sicuro.
