Good short stay.

Nice location in front of the sea in a quiet area. The apartment is quite big for 4 people for having a nice stay. Good value for money.

Great location, it's in a place where few people go through. Rooms are modern, spacious and clean. Value for price is very good.

Attention to details is pretty lacking, you will need to teavel with multiple household items (soap, coffee filters, etc) or buy them from here.

Sea front location is great

It was a nice stay, especially because of the location: you are right by the sea, with direct sea views from the bed and from the terrace. Kitchenette was well equipped and we enjoyed the sun loungers they provided for the terrace. Parking is free and available outside the building.

Windows don’t have shutters on them, so it is insanely bright in the morning - can’t imagine how sleeping here would work during the summer months. I would prefer the terrace sections between diferrent units being closed off - as it is, everyone from the ground units can walk all around the same terrace, so you don’t have any privacy if you are eating or sun lounging out on the terrace.

Very nice & comfortable seaside place

A very nice place just right at the beach. Our apartment was big and clean with an equipped kitchen. The rooms and the bathroom were big enough and clean. The terrace is fantastic, you can directly see the sunset. The sea is just a step from the door with the amazing Adriatic blue color. In wintertime the area is so quiet, you can take very nice & big seaside walks.

Excellent choice

I loved everything about Apartments Alen! The house is excellently kept, surrounded by a beautiful garden and a lawn plus there is a big carpark. The flat we rented was super spacious, clean, bright and very well equipped. We had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a big kitchen & dining room, a living room and a huge balcony. The kitchen has everything you might wish for, from pots/pans/cutlery to home appliances and a dishwasher. Nothing can beat the location though - the house is practically on the beach, a few metres from the sea and the views from the flat are just surreal. The sunset observed from the balcony, well, it just doesn't get any better. Mr. Alen is a super friendly and hospitable host. I would definitely recommend this fantastic place to anyone!

Speceous rooms with lots of light. Tidiness was exceptional. Kitchen was well equipped, the sheets smelled nice. The staff were really kind, everyone from owner to cleaning lady. The beach is 20 meters away, there is always enough room, It's not too crowded. Calm and relaxing holidays, family friendly.

no wifi signal, practically only on the entrance to the studio, in bigger distance not... I was travelling before season, so they were only couple of guest in other appartmens, but I can imagine, that a stay in summer can be little bit noisy, when the house is full...

Luchtig appartement op een toplocatie.

Super locatie, modern luchtig appartement, vlak bij de zee, beachbar vlak bij, echt top.

Er zijn maar 2 kookbekkens, terwijl er zeker plaats is voor 4. Koken voor 6 mensen op 2 kookplaten is niet simpel. De toiletten spoelen niet goed door, te weinig waterkracht lijkt het, maar met een emmer water lukte het wel.

Kiváló elhelyezkedésű, közvetlenül a tengerparton. Tágas apartman, hatalmas terasszal, tengeri panorámával. Napernyő és négy napozóágy szolgálja a kényelmet. Tiszta, kiválóan felszerelt lakás, még mosogatógéppel is felszerelve. Bőséges konyhai felszerelés, tányérok, evőeszközök, poharak, edények. Mosogatószer, mosógéptabletta, konyharuha, szivacs is elérhető. Nagy fagyasztós hűtő, mikrohullámú sütő, elektromos vízforraló, kontakt grill, légkondicionáló, hajszárító van az apartmanban. Parkolás kényelmes az udvaron és a SUP - nak is van tárolóhely. A tulajdonossal könnyű a kommunikáció.

Egyetlen dolog hiányzik: egy darab szappan vagy folyékony szappan a fürdőszobában.

Fantastické místo, krásné výhledy.

Naprosto skvělé místo a lokalita, daleko od obvyklého prázdninového ruchu a provozu. Skutečně máte ze všech pokojů výhled na moře a západy Slunce. Parkování hned u bydlení. Místo je vhodné spíše pro lidi, kteří vyžadují soukromí a více klidu. Dostatečně vybavená kuchyně, můžete si sami vařit.

Chtělo by to stabilnější a lepší wi-fi. A taky sousedy, kteří na vás nehážou své mokré ručníky z horního balkónu a jejich děti si o půlnoci nedělají z pokoje taneční sál. A neuškodilo by více hrnků v kuchyni. Ale to jsou drobnosti. Celkově jsme byli velice spokojeni. Myslete na to, že děti tu krom koupání v moři moc vedlejších aktivit nemají.

100% Lokalita.Ak si chcete oddýchnuť a načerpať energiu, toto je raj na zemi. Kľudné prostredie, ak idete mimo sezóny. More pár krokov od ubytovania, káva a čaj na priestrannej terase s výhľadom priamo na prekrásne more:)Úžastné prechádzky ak chcete nakúpiť, autom asi 4 km sú obchody Lidl, Kaufland aj Spar. Neďaleko je krásne mestečko Umag. Odporúčam ochutnať Ligne. Aj mimo sezóny to tu žije .
