This is without a doubt one of the best places I have ever stayed. The location is fantastic: right in the heart of Naples, close to the ferry port, with easy access to the airport bus, the metro, restaurants, cafés and everything you might need during your stay. As a solo female traveller, I felt completely safe and comfortable in the neighbourhood. The room was wonderful: spacious, bright, spotlessly clean, with a very comfortable bed and even a lovely little balcony. Everything was thoughtfully arranged and impeccably maintained. But what truly makes this place special is Paolo. From our very first contact, he made me feel genuinely welcome. He is one of those rare people who seem to have a natural gift for hospitality. Nothing is too much trouble, and he goes out of his way to make sure his guests have the best possible experience in Naples. What I loved most is how proud he is of his city. Staying here feels like much more than booking a room; it feels like being welcomed into Naples itself. Whether you need recommendations, have questions, or simply feel like having a chat over breakfast, Paolo is always there with warmth, kindness and genuine interest. In a world that often feels rushed and impersonal, meeting someone like Paolo is something truly special. The fact that all of this comes together with such a beautiful room, a perfect location and excellent value for money makes this place exceptional. I enjoyed every single minute of my stay and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Naples. If you have the chance to stay here, book it. You will not regret it.

The room is quite big ( we were in the one for three people), recently renovated and very quiet (which is a pretty important thing in Naples). It is located right next to a police station, and there is another one on the other side of the street, so the area is very safe. Our host, Paolo, is extremely helpful and friendly. He also speaks perfect English, so there are no communication issues. We were lucky with an early check in, which allowed us more time to explore the city. Paolo also helped us with arranging an early morning taxi to the airport, it took only circa 15 minutes to het there (too early for traffic).
