The room was big, comfortable, and renovated, with everything you may need. We also had a terrace, which was a lovely bonus. The owner was super friendly, always available, and allowed us to check in at 11 AM, which was very helpful and kind. He also gave us many great recommendations for restaurants and other useful tips about Napoli.
The only downside was that it was noisy in the evening because there were several bars with music on the first floor of the same building. However, I had earplugs for sleeping with me, so it was not a big problem.
