Appartamento monolocale ma di grandi dimensioni con cucina bene attrezzata, aria condizionata, grande e bel balcone sul mare, zanzariere dappertutto , bagno grande e ben rifinito. Parcheggio a disposizione. La spiaggia sottostante (2 minuti a piedi) , Karvouno, è bella ma piccola e con un moletto per imbarcazioni a vela. Più adatta per un bagno veloce o magari di prima mattina. L'appartamento è però vicino alla più famosa spiaggia di Sivota, Bella Vraka e nello stesso tempo un po' fuori dal passeggio serale del centro di Sivota.
