Esperides Studios-Seaside Stay with View in Syvota

Good location near the sea and restaurants. Nice balcony at the back of the room out of the wind .

A bit drab and kitchen things are outside on a shared balcony, up 3 flights of stairs - but that may be ok in summer - not for cooler weather.

We spent a wonderful week at Esperides Studios (September 1-8) together with our daughter, and the stay was exactly what we had hoped for — comfortable, clean, well located, and just as described. The hosts were truly amazing: always kind, welcoming, and very playful with our little girl, which made the holiday even more special for our family. The location is excellent, close to the beaches and other amenities, and the studio facilities matched the photos perfectly — everything was well maintained and spotlessly clean. We warmly recommend this property to anyone traveling with children or simply looking for a peaceful vacation in a friendly and caring environment. Many thanks to our hosts for the great hospitality — you really helped us create beautiful memories!

The bathroom was a little too small, but we managed to use it.

Good value for money. The location is very good, right at the center of Sivota. The room was spacious and the owner was very kind and helpful.

Our room, especially the bathroom, was quite old, and required renovation. It can get a bit noisy at night, but that's normal, since it's at the city center.

Location was perfect. In the center with everything reachable within 3 minute walk. The room was very clean and very well equiped.

The noise from the nearby shops at closing was unbearable. Also the noise of big trucks parking outside the property which I have to mention is located at a pedestrian road. The problem was that the door and the windows had no insulation at all, while sleeping the noise was almost the same as having the door open.
