We had a wonderful stay and truly felt at home! The accommodation is spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The private parking spot was a great convenience, and we loved the beautiful sea view from the living room and balcony. Kourvouno Beach is only a 10-minute walk away, and the center of Syvota is also within walking distance, which made the location perfect for us. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A few things to keep in mind before booking: the accommodation is spread over two levels and includes stairs. The walk to the beach and the town center includes some uphill and downhill sections, which is worth considering. For longer stays, please note that regular cleaning is not provided, so guests are expected to take care of the cleanliness and tidiness of the accommodation during their stay.

Εξαιρετικό, πεντακάθαρο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο .Μου έκανε εντύπωση ότι το καλοσορισμα τους είχε χυμό στο ψυγείο και 2 μεγάλα νερά κριτσινια και κράκερ αλλά και κάψουλες καφέ για την μηχανή αυτό μου άφησε μια πολύ καλή εντύπωση.Τωρα το οίκημα είναι κοντά σε δύο παραλίες πολύ ωραίες ίδιως η Μπέλα βράκα..Το κέντρο είναι πολύ κοντά και πηγεναμε με τα πόδια στο γυρισμό όμως περνάμε ταξί 5€ μας κοστιζε γιατί η ανηφόρα είναι πολύ δύσκολη. Τέλος η κυρία Ελένη ήταν εκτός από ευγενική πολύ εξυπηρετική και μας έδωσε πολλές χρήσιμες πληροφορίες.

Η αλήθεια είναι ότι δεν μου αρέσουν οι μεζονέτες και το κάτω μπάνιο ήταν πολύ μικρό και πολλές φορές όχι πάντα, το νερό δεν είχε πίεση.

Υπέροχη θέα, πολύ ωραίο το μπαλκόνι και το σαλόνι. Άνετα τα κρεβάτια. Είχε όλα τα σκεύη για να κάνεις φαγητό κτλ. Δικό του πάρκινγκ με σκιά, πολύ σημαντικό για περίοδο με πολύ κόσμο. Και ήσυχη τοποθεσία αν και πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο.

Είναι λίγο ανηφορικό το κομμάτι προς το σπίτι και θέλει λίγη προσοχή.

Era pulita, la proprietaria ci ha fatto trovare acqua in abbondanza e frutta fresca in frigo. Ho apprezzato anche che ci abbia lasciato il ricambio dele asciugamani (dato che non erano previste pulizie) e carta igienica in abbondanza.

L’appartamento che abbiamo fittato è un sottoscala che comunica con l’appartamento del piano di sopra attraverso delle porte interne da cui sentivamo tutto, quindi non sono indipendenti. Trattandosi di un appartamento sottoscala era un po’ buio
