Location was convenient

The extreme loud noise of the damn air conditioner, made it impossible to sleep,, this was (( not )) a hotel, this was more of (( lover nest )) , should never been listed under (((( hotels ))))

A pleasant, large and comfortable room well located for a stay in Niteroi near the major shopping.

Good location. The staff was very helpful and professional.

The room layout was very odd to me. There is a "foyer" area just inside the entry door to the room that has a table & 2 chairs. The door to the public hallway is NOT lockable on from the outside when leaving the room. So you have to move all your stuff from that foyer into the bedroom and lock the bedroom door only. I also felt this foyer was unsafe since when returning to the room, anyone could have entered and hid in the foyer area and be all ready to suprise & assualt you. The strange architectural layout also makes it easy for someone to break into the locking bedroom area since their activity in doing so would be hidden by the foyer area. It simply makes no sense to not have a key lock door from the foyer to the public hallway. There is no benefit at all to the setup as is.

I liked everything. I did perhaps find it a little odd that one of the doors could not be locked, but it was okay.

could’ve been a lot better

Bed was comfortable, Air conditioning was great, Breakfast was nice, the blue lights are cool and the hotel is close to a supermarket, and also does great room service.

Bugs infested in the shower. Mirror has a big, dirty, mouldy stain on it. The wifi only works 20% of the time. You have to use mobile data. The electricity went off for the whole night one of the nights.

O hotel é muito bom e tudo funcionou perfeitamente,.inclusive o café da manhã, servido no quarto, excelente. Sentimos falta de um frigobar no quarto, mas soubemos posteriormente que há opções de hospedagem que inclui o frigobar.

Nossa gostosa estadia

Sentimos falta de mais um par de travesseiros. O som da televisão era muito ruim, parecia que o alto falante estava estourado! Nos pediram para avaliar um Frigobar, mas em nosso quarto não havia nenhum! O que foi um transtorno pra termos água gelada, com este calor! Deveria existir em todos os quartos! E as luzes de cabeceira, nenhuma das duas estava funcionando. Mas os garçons foram muito educados e cordiais! E o café da manhã bastante farto! Mas, poderia oferecer outras frutas além de mamão e melão, variar à cada dia!

Die Unterkunft – ich würde es nicht mal als Hotel bezeichnen-ist ein Raucher Hotel. Alles roch dementsprechend. Es liegt in einem Viertel nach dem Hafen, dass sich nicht sicher anfühlt. Die Umgebung ist laut und nicht sauber. Zu den Zimmern gibt es einen Vorraum, von dem es direkt ins Schlafzimmer geht. Nur dieses Schlafzimmer ist abschließbar. Das angebotene Frühstück ist kein Buffet, sondern wird dann wohl in diesen Vorraum gestellt. Die Matratzen waren dünn, das Mobilisr extrem veraltet und teilweise defekt. Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert und so weiter. Ich weiß nicht, woher das Hotel drei Sterne hat. Ich bin direkt wieder abgereist.

Ótimo custo benefício

A localização do hotel é excelente, embora fique no centro me pareceu um lugar tranquilo. Originalmente o hotel era um motel, então o quarto ainda tem o jeitão de motel mesmo, mas foi equipado com guarda roupa e TV tela plana com canais abertos. Mas ainda assim é confortável e tranquilo. Café da manhã é servido no quarto, e é ótimo também. Além disso possui estacionamento coberto sem cobrança a parte.

Só senti falta de um frigobar. Com o calor que faz no RJ, uma garrafinha d'água esquenta rápido demais.
