A pleasant, large and comfortable room well located for a stay in Niteroi near the major shopping.

Good location. The staff was very helpful and professional.

The room layout was very odd to me. There is a "foyer" area just inside the entry door to the room that has a table & 2 chairs. The door to the public hallway is NOT lockable on from the outside when leaving the room. So you have to move all your stuff from that foyer into the bedroom and lock the bedroom door only. I also felt this foyer was unsafe since when returning to the room, anyone could have entered and hid in the foyer area and be all ready to suprise & assualt you. The strange architectural layout also makes it easy for someone to break into the locking bedroom area since their activity in doing so would be hidden by the foyer area. It simply makes no sense to not have a key lock door from the foyer to the public hallway. There is no benefit at all to the setup as is.

I liked everything. I did perhaps find it a little odd that one of the doors could not be locked, but it was okay.

could’ve been a lot better

Bed was comfortable, Air conditioning was great, Breakfast was nice, the blue lights are cool and the hotel is close to a supermarket, and also does great room service.

Bugs infested in the shower. Mirror has a big, dirty, mouldy stain on it. The wifi only works 20% of the time. You have to use mobile data. The electricity went off for the whole night one of the nights.

Um bom atendimento, boa localização para o dia. À noite um pouco esquesito, mas de uber não tem perigo. Bom atendimento e muito limpa. Outro fator importante a limpeza é diária. O que não gostei porque não há uma prateleira no banhiro para colocar o produtos do banho.

Somente a falta da prateleira no banheiro para colocar shampoo...
