Lo mejor, sin duda, la amabilidad del personal. Fueron super agradables, facilitándonos en todo momentoa estancia, nos gestionaron un taxi para ir al aeropuerto muy temprano el día de vuelta y se preocuparon de que no nos faltara nada durante la estancia. Además se podía visitar el centro de Estambul caminando desde el hotel.
Las instalaciones están bastante antiguas

room and the beadings was not that clean. there were no wardrobes as mentioned on advertisement.
