I was very happy with my stay, especially considering the price. The breakfast was excellent, the location was amazing, and the hotel is close to great restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies. The area has a lovely old-city vibe.
The staff were very friendly, kind, and helpful. The sheets were clean, the room felt comfortable, and the ventilation was good.
The only downsides were the lack of a proper freezer and the unstable Wi-Fi. I needed to freeze an ice pack for carrying my medication, so I had to use a nearby supermarket’s freezer.
Overall, I was very satisfied with the hotel for the price and would happily stay here again.

I stayed 13 nights at this hotel in the Kumkapi area of Istanbul, and it was a truly pleasant experience. The hotel is new, clean, and located just around 300 meters from the nearest metro station, which takes you directly to Sirkeci — very convenient for getting around the city.
The pricing was very reasonable for the quality of service and comfort provided. One of the highlights of my stay was the warm and welcoming staff at the reception. I had the pleasure of meeting Ibrahim, Hassan, and Ilhan at different times during my stay — and each of them was incredibly friendly, polite, and helpful throughout. Their hospitality made a big difference.
I will definitely be returning to this hotel with my family on our next trip to Istanbul. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great service and a convenient location!
