The staff went above and beyond to ensure you had a nice stay. The location was on the beach, but had a cafe / restaurant directly in front, but wasn’t too noisy. The balcony was a nice size with a clothes rack and the television was a good size smart tv.

The bathroom was very small and could do with a renovation and improvements. No pool but you do have the beach.

A great 3 days to unwind in Kamala a very lovely beach with everything you need along the boardwalk

Kamala Beach is relatively quiet, but there were a few eateries that we were keen on trying, such as Fruit Fusion and sync coffee, just seconds away from the place. The hotel was the perfect location to frequent these eateries. The hotel itself is so clean and cozy. Value for money, and they gave us water every day so it really helped us with our water intake. The staff was super helpful and friendly too, some being fluent English speakers as well. The view was fantastic, and it was so close to the beach, wonderful eateries, massage parlours, and seven eleven.

Very minor issue, the toilet is really clean but we would prefer a longer shower curtain to prevent backsplash of water on the floor. But easily resolved w the floor mat provided!

The best in Phuket (price vs service)

Everything is amazing from A to Z including the price. The room was spotless clean with a beautiful see view and equipped with everything you need. They even give you two large towels and a basket to take to the beach. 🏝️ The staff is beyond expectations, absolutely anything you need they’re always ready to fetch for you. Sometimes you feel bad asking because they will jump right away to help you. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone! I will definitely book this hotel every time I go to Phuket!

The location and sea view are amazing. The room was big and comfortable with a nice balcony. The room was cleaned daily. Staff were always around to answer questions.

Looks are deceiving

It looked good in the photos and on paper

Nothing was true. We got the worst room in the place, #109. Zero privacy as you are basically 5 ft off a restaurant/bar. There's trash and clutter, people and noise and no way to have your door open for a breeze without people basically in your room. The price should reflect this but we were charged full price. Don't stay here unless you only need a place to sleep and if that's the case choose something on the road and save your money for dining or other experiences. We were so disappointed we left after one day to another accommodation, forfeiting our booking fees. Really, this place is not how it is pictured here or on other booking sites. It's run down, not maintained, the passage smells of cat urine, the place doesn't offer any security. I highly recommend staying elsewhere. DONT RUIN YOUR HOLIDAY I dont often leave poor reviews unless I feel no consideration was offered to satisfy the disparity between what was offered and what was received.

Steps away from the beach, clean quiet and the staff was very nice. They took time to put happy birthday with roses on the bed when I arrived.

Location was great for restaurants, bars, beach and shops. Plenty to do and see, though also nice and quiet.

Just a couple of really small things, there's a kettle in the room but no tea or coffee. Also, no USB connections and only one side of the bed had a plug socket. TV volume didn't work, but we didn't bother reporting it as we didn't want to watch TV. Our room faced right onto a big pile of rubbish on the beach, so it was only 20 feet in front of us, and spoilt the view. Also, you cant turn the lights off from the bed, so you have to get up.

A perfect location on Kamala Beach!

The location was fantastic: right on the beach; walking down the promenade was the best way to start the morning. There were many great restaurants just a few steps away, and we spent a lot of time on the wonderful balcony. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was a bit dated and missing a few things: we had an electric kettle but only one mug and no spoons, for example. Also, the pillows were fairly uncomfortable - but again, the location was fantastic and everyone was so friendly.

Wonderful sea view and sunset from the room

The hotel is right on the beach and the room, even though it is small, had a good balcony with sea view. The bed is comfortable and the room was kept clean. The staff are very friendly and nice to talk with.

We have been charged 2300 TBH for lost key. It was quite a lot and there was no price list shown to us so we felt a bit awkward that they just told us that this is what we have to pay for the lost room key. It would feel more legit if there was a price list for that

Perfect 4 Us

Kamala is just beautiful, love the depth of all it offers without the atmosphere of Patong. Our stay at Thai Kamala Beach Front was really all we had hoped for. This is Asia and the property is a three star so manage expectations accordingly. Positioned on the beach, each ensuite room has a balcony with two comfy chairs - perfect view to wake up to or just relax and listen to the waves as you watch the world go by. The room is simple but has all you need including kettle. fridge. hairdryer etc. We just bought some biodegradeable mugs and teaspoons. I think the kettle is probably there more for noodle making then coffee however there were glasses etc. A nice touch was the clothes drying rack on the balcony which was great for wet cossies etc Each of the people we encountered were incredibly friendly, helpful, and a delight every time you saw them. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and our stay special. The rooms were cleaned, bedding and towels replenished often during our 2 week stay. Although breakfast is not an option here there are so many really good food spots in the vicinity it was lovely to try different options.

The area directly infront of the property could be tidied up a bit but this is common property and not part of Thai Kamala Beach Front. Vegetation grows prolifically in this part of the world so.it could be easier to use stones / sand features in the garden area to make the area more usable. There is a wooden deck structure with beach lounger chairs there and I think this area has potential.

I do believe that the rooms and especially the bathrooms need serious renovation, it's not very clean and the smell from the bathroom is unberable. I expect for the money I pay (which is above the average per night in Phuket) to receive at least a decent and clean room.
