Clean and nice hotel. Amazing view. Hosts are very friendly and communicative.

Everything in the room was brand new and very clean. Hosts are very friendly. We had a very nice breakfast. Host provided Salzburg mobility card where we used it literally everywhere (inside Salzburg, from Salzburg to Neukirchen etc.) for transportation. We had a room with balcony where we watch amazing Alps.

There was nothing to complain. Just be aware that shampoos are not provided. We had ours so had no issues. Also bring cash for breakfast (15 EUR per person) if you want and city tax (3 EUR per person per day).

The essence of Austrian Alps.

A perfect starting point for sightseeing trips in the Pinzgau and Gerlos regions, and beyond. A spacious appartment with everything you need for a stay both short, like ours that lasted just a few days, and much longer. Lots of places to eat in the neighbourhood, or you can use the well-appointed kitchen and cook for yourself. If you plan to stay longer, you'll definately appreciate the washing machine and the fact that the appartment's kitchen has a lot of storage space and comfortable sitting area.

The parking space is a bit cramped but still somehow everyone managed to both park and leave without problems whenever they needed.

Lovely Pension - wonderful hosts

The hosts were very friendly and the property was neat, clean and in a good location. Family Hölzl runs the B&B in two adjacent houses, we got to stay in one and have breakfast in the other. The breakfast buffet is definitely worthwhile! We went there in Sept. and got to enjoy the nearby fall activities, but it should also be great in winter with the nearby skiing area. The hosts provided us with the national park card which was an additional asset. We definitely recommend it and will stay with them again when in the area!

Great stay with gorgous mountain views!

Wow! This place exceeded all of our expectations. From being welcomed personally by the owner to the classy decor. Comfy beds, loads of space in the room, great bathroom and a balcony offering amazing views to the mountains. The breakfast was also great with friendly service. We'll definitely stay there again if we're planning a trip to that area. The Krimml Waterfalls and Grossglockner is relatively close, if one needs more incentive. ;)

Penzion je umístěný v centru obce. Všude je to kousek. Na lanovku můžete pěšky 5 min chůze, nebo v zimě SKI vláčkem, který jezdí zdarma a zastavuje přímo před penzionem.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett & das Zimmer war tip top! Sind mit zwei Autos angereist & konnten problemlos dort parken.

Hatten das Zimmer mit der Gemeinschaftstoilette, war für zwei Nächte okay - für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich es nicht buchen, da doch genug andere Gäste die Toilette benutzen (obwohl sie alle ein eigenes haben).

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 – Absolut empfehlenswert! Schon bei der Ankunft im Hölzl Bed & Breakfast wurden wir unglaublich herzlich empfangen und haben uns sofort willkommen gefühlt. Die Gastgeber sind einfach großartig – aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und mit ganz viel Herz dabei. Man fühlt sich hier nicht wie ein Gast, sondern fast wie zuhause. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön, sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Betten sind extrem bequem und auch das Badezimmer war makellos sauber. Ein absolutes Highlight ist der Balkon mit der tollen Aussicht – perfekt zum Entspannen. Besonders schätzen wir auch die vielen wertvollen Tipps und Informationen der Gastgeber, die unsere Ausflüge noch besser und abwechslungsreicher gemacht haben. Man merkt, wie wichtig ihnen das Wohl ihrer Gäste ist. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls ein Traum: sehr abwechslungsreich, frisch, liebevoll angerichtet und unglaublich lecker – ein perfekter Start in den Tag. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und können das Hölzl Bed & Breakfast jedem uneingeschränkt empfehlen, der einen erholsamen und herzlichen Urlaub verbringen möchte. Vielen Dank für alles!
