Location and size and air conditioning.
We were on 4th level with no elevator.

We love everything about Villa Flores. First time to Dubrovnik, we didn't know how many steps and stairs there are throughout the city but this place is smack right in old town with zero steps going to the premise. The location is perfect, very close to everything and the room and bedding are very comfortable. The management is very responsive with questions and the instructions to the apartment for check in are clear. Definitely recommended!
