good hotel in central location, nice staff

good location, good breakfast, comfy bed, nice staff

bathroom not totally clean - shower curtain a bit brown at the bottom - not ok for a 4 star, for super low seasin ( 3 rooms taken in the hotel) priced were quite high

Le César is a little gem, combining modernity & quality in a boutique package. We felt quite at home

Perfect location, 50m from main st but tucked away in a little st & very quiet. Facing a beautifully restored church. 2 minute walk to the extensive & lovely public gardens. We didn’t have a car but there always seemed to be spots right out front or across the road. Welcoming staff, efficiently run. Thankyou Marie-Caroline & your staff. Boutique hotel with attractive, light-filled & modern public areas. All the usuals for breakfast - very fresh. Eggs, cereals (also little packets of kid friendly cereal) preserves, yoghurt, breads, pastries & croissants, juices, cheese & meats varieties. Bar. Large enclosed outside seating /bar. Comfortable bed; excellent shower pressure. Toilet separate from bathroom.

Nothing worth mentioning. We wouldn’t even look for alternative accommodation in Provins & would definitely opt to stay on any return.

Everything was exceptional. Location Cleanliness Room Design and Staff.

Only complaint was length of time for hot water to reach shower head. Could save energy for hotel to rectify.

The perfect place in Provins.

Well furnished room with private balcony available. No parking at the hotel but large, free, public car park within 100mtrs. Great buffet breakfast.

Very satisfied with room, staff and breakfast, close to center but still calm.

We could impact the air-conditioning as we wanted (not too much brassing of air and not too cold) , the breakfast was good, the hotel was very well located (close to centre but still calm). The staff was helpful, and the room was clean and silent and the design beautiful.

The price of the room for the Saturday night was too high (160 euros, breakfast excluded). Too cold in the entrance hall.

Nice hotel

The location is good for the lower town and not far from Tour Cesar but a bit of a walk to the remparts if you want that part of town. Clean and quiet, nice interior (has carpet but it was nice and clean), staff was very helpful and friendly. Private parking nearby is also good.

Lack of hot water in the shower - the water got lukewarm at best. Not sure if there was a problem with the heater for the water that day. Breakfast is a bit small but its ok.

booked a room on 3rd January 2022 for a stay on 20th August 2022 to be finally given a noisy room on GF just next to the reception and the kitchen, full of cooking smell !

Modern hotel in medieval town for romantic couple.

The rooms are super clean and very bright. Location is just ok,you have to walk up to pl.du Châtel where the good restaurants are. The walking street is Rue du Val. Walking from hotel you will be in the middle of this charming street.Strolling along to Caisse d'Epargne then walk back Rue des Marais up to pl. du Châtel or as you can.Breakfast is excellent.Fresh fruits, bakeries,cheese,boiled eggs.

The room is small and have no bathroom door. Handling luggage up stairs in front of the hotel is for the strongest in your group.
