Coral Strand Smart Choice

Located right at the beach, with great views of the ocean from the room. Staff were very warm and helpful too.

To be completely honest, this wasn't our primary choice. Initially, we had booked a 5-star hotel, but after they cancelled our reservation unilaterally at the last minute, we had to quickly pivot and chose Coral Strand instead. Looking back at everything that happened over these four nights, we realize we absolutely didn't lose out — in fact, we made the perfect choice. ​Here are a few things that made our stay stand out: ​Convenience & Layout: The hotel is incredibly convenient, well-thought-out, and compact. Everything you need is close by, making the daily routine seamless and completely stress-free. ​Outstanding Breakfast: The breakfast here is very good, featuring a great variety of options. As someone who appreciates high-quality food, I was highly impressed by the massive selection of fresh fruits and vegetables every single morning. ​Exceptional Management & Service: The level of service and hotel management deserves a separate mention. The management team is genuinely customer-oriented; they always go the extra mile to accommodate guests and proactively find solutions that leave everyone satisfied.

The stay was too short

I don’t even know where to start with this beautiful hotel and the fabulous team there. From the moment we entered the hotel for check-in, everyone welcomed us warmly. Even though they were busy, they still made sure to smile and make us feel special. The room was very clean and beautiful as well. The first 2 days, the food was not the best, but on the 3rd day everything changed and the food became amazing. When we asked, they told us Chef Radwan was behind it, so special thanks to him for the beautiful food. After the team knew that we were a bit upset about the food during the first days, they invited us for a special dinner, and Chef Radwan together with Sakura, Shihan, and Hemantha made our experience truly memorable.

The lobby and pool area could use some renovation as they look a bit old, but honestly the kindness of the team made a huge difference to our experience.

The bedroom had be refurbished & was very comfortable, modern & clean.

All areas other than the bedrooms needed updating.
