it's not one of the best trips . it is the best trip i had in my life . all guests feel special and vip . we booked first one night and decided to extend our stay in savoy . special thanks to abdulfattah and the reception team . abdul was helpful and kind and always gives you the feeling that he likes and enjoying doing his job . the restaurant team and house keeping team always taking care of us and make nice touches

The resort staff especially Abdelfattah went above & beyond to ensure that our honeymoon stay went smoothly & perfectly including late checkout, breakfast on beach & helpful tips around the place.
Resort facilities were excellent & were complimented by the helpful staff. Humphrey F&B was brilliant throughout.

The pool is superb, the location of the hotel in relation to the beach (it is about 5 paces away!!) the room size was good, Geko bar for evening drinks is fab. Quality of the beach & pool towels was excellent.
This is billed as 5 star, & for us it just didn't live up to the billing. Food quality was just not good enough for a 5 star hotel. Too many flies on the food in the buffet restaurant. The menu in Pescado (the A La Carte restaurant) didn't change once during a week long stay. The bottles of shampoo / conditioner / body wash are far too small in size. Tried to use a pool side umbrella only to find the mechanism broken. The all inclusive deal is restrictive, this holds you back on drink choice & with every meal you have to keep an eye on their spend limit - it is far to clunky & is not fully all inclusive.
