Apartamentos Bellamar

Location was great, clean, minimal, convenient

During our stay, a boiler broke and flooded the first level with boiling hot water- which caused the fire alarm to go off for two hours. Staff was incredibly hard to get ahold of during an emergency, as well as the following night when the fire alarm went off AGAIN for no reason. It woke our family up including my 1yo toddler who was very scared. There was no way of escaping the building as the first level was flooded with boiling water - which was also a concern.

Fantastic apartment in a superb location. Everything walkable.Shops bars and restaurants. Great little supermarket attached to the apartments. Staff super friendly. Never any problems getting a sunbed. Lovely beach just steps away. We has a brilliant time and would recommend the Bellamar apartments.

All good !

These apartments are really nice. They are quite basic inside but perfectly clean, with comfy beds and well equipped with everything you need on site. Amazing views as they are literally on the beach and the pool area is great with a gorgeous pool. There is a laundry room which you can use but worth noting it is 5 euros for each wash & 4 for drying which needs to be in 1 euro coins! Not a problem just worth noting if you want to use it! There is also parking which is a fab addition in a secure carpark onsite and the apartments are above a supermarket which is great being self-catered!

The only thing was that there was never anyone available on reception apart from 1 day for an hour or so. There is lots of information in reception though to tell you what you need, a number to contact and cupboards to access additional towels and toiletries etc which is useful. It's not an issue regarding the receptionist but if you did need some help there isn't always someone available on site.

Location was perfect

Lack of staff. We didn’t see anyone until we’d been there over 2 days. We had a number of questions/issues but no-one to ask. The emergency number was answered by a machine then cut you off. There was flooding one night and as the emergency number wasn’t answered a local neighbour had to call the police. The flood water was extremely hot and one resident had to be taken to hospital with scalded feet. The next night the alarm was sounding but again it was difficult to summon a member of staff. When the receptionist was there she was pleasant and helpful but overall we felt a lack of care for the guests
