We had a lovely and spacious room. It was in a cool old building that was right in the heart of Palma. The staff was so kind and friendly, and very helpful to us. They were patient with me trying to speak Spanish with them even though they all spoke English quite well.

Nothing really. It was great all round.

Amazing location, the centre is 5 mins walk away, and the hotel is close to public transport. The view from the terrace is amazing, and the place is quiet and cozy despite being very close to a busy street. The staff is friendly and helpful and we were offered an upgrade (paid) to the loft room which was spacious and lovely.

Minor inconvenience: there was an issue with the sink in the bathroom, the technician came without us knowing so when he arrived we were getting ready to go out and needed the bathroom so he could not fix it, and after that it was not possible to arrange got them to come back so we could not use the sink in the bathroom during our stay.

The property was located right in the middle of the city center, making it extremely convenient to explore Palma. Bus stops were only five minutes away, and the hotel was surrounded by numerous restaurants and shopping areas. The air conditioning was effective and quickly cooled down the room, an absolute essential during Palma's hot and humid July weather. The bathroom had all the necessary amenities, and the staff was prompt in providing fresh towels and toiletries upon request. Having a small fridge in our room was also very convenient for keeping water and snacks cold. If your priorities for a hotel room are budget, safety, and cleanliness, this place will do the job.

We were provided with very small bottles of water in our room, and refilling them required going down to the lobby each time, as there was no in-room refill option. We asked whether larger bottles or a jug could be provided to make this more convenient, but unfortunately our request could not be accommodated. This made our stay a bit less comfortable than it could have been. The curtains in the room were also very thin and did not block outside light effectively. Light from nearby buildings, the moon, and the early morning sun came straight into the room, making it difficult to sleep. Installing blackout curtains or proper blinds would greatly improve the guest experience.

I like the location and the view in the 7th floor place. I like that it was possible to left our suitcase before our flight in the evening

We were in room with something similar to window . And we saw only wall. The fridge didn’t work. It was low quality fridge .
