Vila Josefina

Location is good! Metro and tram station Borislovka is very close. Staff was very supportive! I booked the parking place through link in booking.com but somehow it was not through. At the time of arrival, the owner supported and arranged a parking spot! So, book the spot by calling or by messaging the property.

We had a wonderful stay at Vila Josefina and were very impressed with the property. The owners were exceptionally kind, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. The location was excellent, and the breakfasts were tasty. We felt very well looked after and would be happy to return.

A gem of a stay. This classic family B&B is everything a good one should be — spotlessly clean, beautifully quiet, and set in a lovely garden in a residential neighborhood rather than on a busy street. The occasional tram is the only interruption; otherwise it's birdsong morning and evening. Breakfast was a proper affair: eggs boiled to order, fresh breads, donuts, variety of cold cuts and cheese, juices, coffee and tea. Communication was seamless throughout — when I was delayed, no problem; when I said I was on my way, they were already at the gate. Perfectly located for the Metro, though fair warning: like most of Prague, the surrounding streets are hilly. My only regret was leaving after just two nights. I hope to be back.

Nice owner, clean albeit outdated rooms. Parking in the yard included (have to reserve in advance). Metro stop close by.

First floor room: noise from the hallway and the staircase. Missing toiletries and no refrigerator (booking.com shows that there should be one).
