We had a very warm welcome. There was a Swiss lady from Lucerne, who was extremely helpful and giving us directions. She was extremely nice, when we departed. Also the rest of the staff were very nice and polite.

This was an excellent location just a very short walk to SanGiovanni monastery and church complex. All staff helpful. Good choice buffet breakfast. Large comfortable hotel accomodation
