The location is so good!! Also the staff there were so friendly, and breakfast was amazing! There’s also a restaurant beside the hotel for dinner which was great as we arrived late at night

Breakfast was the minimum croissants, jam, butter, coffee, tea, juice. But grateful it was there. Location was excellent and rooms were comfortable, bathrooms neat and clean.
Manager was very courteous and kind.
We had a horrible experience at the time of check in. We were already tired after a long ride with elderlies, and it was night time when we got there. There was a receptionist called Cris, who was very rude. We had booked and prepaid for 3 separate rooms and she for some reason decided we only needed 2 and lied to us saying the other room was not in order. She was in a hurry to close the place and leave, leaving us unsettled. There were other guests who came in after us and they were waiting outside in the cold as she had closed the place.
Nevertheless, after some much heated arguments, we gave her an option to either get the manager/owner, or we call the police!
Finally, the manager came in and offered us our rooms. He was very kind and tended to our needs.
