Piscina limpa/ colchão bom/ chuveiro bom / cozinha c geladeira fogão acende com fósforo (tinha fósforo) máquina de lavar roupas /varal/ bucha p lavar louças / pano de prato / liquidificador / cafeteira/ secador de cabelo/ papel higiênico/ roupas de cama e banho/ 1 ventilador e Ar condicionado ( não liguei ). Varanda com 2 cadeiras e mesinha com vista de outro apartamento. Sofá/ mesa e cadeira na sala. Pano de chão/ garagem/ tem WI-fi. Próximo de mercado, farmácia, padaria e praia morro do careca.
A TV não é smart mas tem tv a cabo. Não teve nada a reclamar.
