Boa localização. Perto da praia de Ponta Negra, do comércio em geral (mercado, drogaria, restaurante, etc.). Bem mobiliado. Pra quem gosta de fazer sua refeição é bem equipado. Tem até máquina de lavar que ajuda e muito nesses momentos. Tem piscina e academia.
Levando em consideração toda a situação, eu na verdade não tenho nada pra reclamar. Indico com certeza. Local seguro e bem organizado.

Muito bem localizada. Pertinho da orla de Ponta Negra, fomos andando. Foi essencial para minha família. Próximo de farmácia, supermercado.. Fica também mais próximo do morro do Careca.
