Localização perfeita, apartamento organizado e limpo. Os anfitriões são muito solícitos e presentes. Segunda vez que fico na acomodação e sempre supera minhas expectativas.

Excelente atención. Alan fue super amable y atento en toda la estadía. Un plus, hablaba perfecto español! Buena ubicación, apartamento muy cómodo. Usamos el gimnasio y la pileta! Volveríamos sin dudar! Hermosos los gatos 🐱 !!!

Ótima hospedagem. Boa localização (bem pertinho da orla da praia de Ponta Negra, dá para ir e vir caminhando), apartamentos confortáveis, com todos os utensílios de cozinha, muito limpo e organizado, portaria 24 horas, ambiente tranquilo e familiar, piscina maravilhosa com água morninha, Wi-Fi com ótimo sinal, mercantil bem perto, ar-condicionado e chuveiro elétrico, e ainda dispuseram vemtilador... e os anfitriões são maravilhosos, bem receptivos e educados, estão sempre dispostos e a postos para qualquer dúvida. Super recomendo a estadia, ótimo custo-benefício, entrega tudo o que promete.

Ótima localização.
TV não funciona. Internet lenta. Fogão precisa urgentemente de manutenção. Foi necessário quase meia-hora pra ferver uma panela pequena de água pra fazer um macarrão. Colchões e travesseiros bem desconfortáveis. Não tinham cobertas. As únicas opções pra se cobrir eram mantas de sofá. A localização é ótima. Mas, se busca conforto e funcionalidade, busque outra opção.
