Es un piso 15 y no hay seguridad en el balcón ni ventanas.

A localização, a segurança do prédio,
As fotos condizem com o flat que alugamos. O ar condicionado por mais que se digam que são novos mas não são splits(como eram nas fotos) e são barulhentos ...Sr Nelson, o administrador, uma pessoa atenciosa que tentou solucionar alguns problemas mas deixei bem claro a minha decepção. Mesmo o flat ficar num andar bem alto, não entrava vento pelas janelas, apenas no terraço. Não foi boa nossa dormida.
