    The hotel isn’t very modern and new but the sceneries were breathtaking. It was very relaxing and the onsen the hotel provided was definitely worth the trip

    Highly recommend!! This hotel with dinner buffet provided free flow alcohol and snow crab. The onsen is traditional one which separated to woman and male part. Both indoor and outdoor area provided a relax experience for me.

    The hotel offers a place to chill and relax. Buffet spread is good and tasty and the onsen provides relaxation and recovery.

    Very disappointing stay. The hotel is in a very isolated location with limited public transport access, so having a car is almost essential. The biggest issue, however, was the room condition. Our assigned room had a very strong urine-like smell. We informed the hotel and asked to change rooms, but the other rooms shown to us had the same unpleasant smell. We tried airing the room, but the smell returned. Because of this, we were unable to rest comfortably. We had originally booked two nights, but the condition was so unpleasant that we decided to leave early and arrange alternative accommodation. A hotel should at least provide a clean and comfortable environment for guests to rest, and unfortunately this property did not meet that basic expectation during our stay. Based on our experience, I do not feel the rating shown on Agoda accurately reflected the actual condition of the hotel.
