大浴場很讚
房間比較舊，也比較小

スタッフの方々もとても感じがよく、気持ちのよいサービスでした。しかもブッフェの質が一つ一つとても良過ぎて感動しました。お料理がとっても素晴らしく美味しかったです。2泊しましたが快適で楽しい旅行になりました。お世話になりました。また阿蘇に行く時は泊まりたいです。
たまたま露天風呂がひとつ工事中で
男女、朝晩交代でしか入れなかった。
まぁ、事前に知っていたから仕方ないと思っているけれど、強いて言えば、男性も夜に露天風呂付き温泉を楽しめたらもっと良かっただろうなぁ…と。
男性は朝、露天風呂でした。

La chambre, les différents Onsen, le cadre dans la nature et au calme. Un grand parking.
Le petit déjeuner.
Le dîner du soir était bon, mais le prix est un peu excessif pour la qualité des plats. Ça reste néanmoins une expérience positive et facile en famille.

森に囲まれたホテルで特別な空間でした！
曇り～雨だったので星は見えませんでしたが、晴れてたらとてもきれいに星が見えたんじゃないかとおもいます。
夜のバイキングは種類も豊富でステーキがとても美味しかったですし、朝食のバイキングも豪華でとても楽しめました！
和食、洋食共に種類が豊富でした！
食事の会場からの眺めもとても素敵でした
温泉も2種類あって夜と朝に楽しむことができて良かったです！
お部屋の臭いか臭くて結構がっかりしました。
お部屋に消臭スプレーがあったので部屋中に撒きましたがそれでも嫌な臭いがしたのが残念でした。
また、夜中に24時間の売店に行ったのですがどなたもいらっしゃらず、呼び出し方もわからなかったのでしばらく歩き回って部屋に帰ることになりました。
利用法方などの説明があると良かったなとおもいました。
チェックアウトの時、男性が対応してくださったのですが、｢清算はありません｣という内容だけ伝えられなんとも寂しい気分になりました。
でもホテルを出た入り口辺りで女性の従業員の方が笑顔で｢ありがとうございました、お気をつけてお帰りください｣と声をかけてくださり嬉しかったです。
