It looks just as amazing in real life vs the pictures - if not better. Friendly staff, amazing breakfast and perfect location for a stay in Assos.
Car park was extremely tight and didn’t seem to have any reserved parking despite being told parking is sorted for us. For example, our last day it was full so had to park elsewhere. Not a bad thing as it is steep & very difficult to navigate in/out. Do not let this put you off though, this hotel was beautiful and the views are world class. Will be back!

Boutique great views amazing resturnat walking in to the village, break fast bought to your room. Nice garden terrace before pool

The Roi Suites is absolutely 5 star accommodation and service, could not recommend this more. The staff are excellent, helpful, friendly and the accommodation's literally 5 star. To have your beautiful, top notch, breakfast served on your own privet outside area, we had a terrace and it was wonderful. The entire experience made us feel like we were really special people. That doesn't happen in many places. Thank you to all the team for making this a really special place.

Wonderful location very peaceful lovely staff excellent food in the restaurant very good breakfast
Had quite a large humidifier plugged in the kitchen that was stretched into the bathroom with no explanation as to why,obviously for damp but no one mentioned it or apologised for any inconvenience caused
