The room is spacious, clean, and nicely furnished. The bed is large and comfortable. Parking is free in a monitored area with a camera. The city center is a 10-minute walk away. The staff goes out of their way to fulfill every request.
There's construction or renovation work happening on the railway bridge right in front of the accommodation, which is a bit alarming at first. Fortunately, the noise doesn't reach the room. The courtyard used for parking also looks a bit intimidating, but there's no real issue with it.

Owner was nice and friendly, helpful with information.
Building from outside didn’t look attractive, same as area around. TV was mostly only with German channels.
