The facility’s location, restaurant area, parking, and exterior architecture were excellent.
Everything was wonderful, but there were two points that we were not happy with. The lady at the reception, around her 50s, was not very friendly and her approach felt a bit harsh, which didn’t leave a warm first impression for such a nice hotel. A more energetic and guest-oriented person who can communicate without sounding rude would be much better for the reception.
The other point is breakfast. It was quite poor in variety for a hotel of this quality. The breakfast room is also very small, and the 1-2 staff working there were not particularly warm or welcoming. This made us want to eat quickly and leave.
On the other hand, we had lunch at the restaurant and it was absolutely amazing – both the food and the staff were excellent.
In summary: except for the reception lady and breakfast, everything was truly great.

Wonderful balcony overlooking the park and church
No air conditioning or tea and coffee making facilities. Walls are very thin and we had a couple having a very intimate loud party all night next door so didn’t get much sleep. The reception person was really unhelpful and even though it says you can ask for late check out, she wasn’t interested in discussing it and didn’t show us a map of things to do.
