Erzgebirgscharme pur, gleich an der Loipe, Frühstück und Abendbrot im Haus, alles sehr lecker, wenn man rechtzeitig Bescheid sagt, kann man die Sauna nutzen, Kegelbahnen gibt es auch, Ausstattung vielleicht etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das stört nicht, ist einfach gemütlich und nett, Fön gab es an der Rezeption

Der Service ist gut, das Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend, fast schon familieär.
Ein leider sehr in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, was aber durch den anstehenden Betreiberwechsel auch einen neuen Aufschwung erleben muss. Die Ausstattung ist Mittelmaß (halt abgewohnt), Ich meiner Matratze waren schon die Federn spürbar. Das Restaurant bietet eine sehr eingeschränkte Speisekarte an, was man auch für das Frühstück sagen muss.

I was travelling by bike and they let me store the bike in the room for the night. The breakfast was great and the dinner too (although a bit expensive). The personnel is very friendly. The place is super clean. There is a bowling inside the hotel. The location was perfect for me, as it was on my cycling route between Germany and the Czech Republic.
The bed was too soft.
