- Super comfortable and spacious room - Staff was friendly and attentive - Breakfast & dinner had a broad variety and was very tasty - The spa is really big with lots of facilities

- The spa restaurant has the same, high prices as the hotel restaurant but both the food & drinks are subpar in quality and therefore quite overpriced - Spa facilities are not monitored regularly or properly - the 90 degree sauna was set to 115, one of the saunas was out of service, the sauna doors were regularly left open by guests, the steam bath was not working properly, the bubble bath was not turned on our first day

The spa is beautiful, and the entire hotel is elegant and well maintained. The receptionist was exceptionally kind, professional, and very helpful throughout our stay. We were also able to rent electric bikes directly from the hotel, which was extremely convenient and a great way to explore this fantastic region.

The restaurant was a disappointment. Despite visiting in June, the menu felt very winter-oriented, with mostly heavy dishes. The dining room is also quite dark. Fortunately, after we specifically requested it, breakfast was served on the terrace. By default, however, everyone dines indoors. In such beautiful weather, outdoor dining should be offered more actively. In addition, a complimentary bottle of water in the room would be expected in a five-star hotel.

Beautiful atmosferic hotel, great decoration in main areas and rooms.

We were hoping to relax in our room for one night at least after sun and pool. Expected room service from a 5 star hotel but they don’t have it.

The location was great, the rooms were nice and clean. The spa was good as well.

Dinner was very below average. From the appetizer to the main course to the dessert. Lunchmeat with grated apple? Canned lunchmeat is more seasoned than this starter was. Next time I recommend adding at least some wine reduction or demi-glace. The main course was mediocre at best, even below average. I would have had a better pörkölt in any small local restaurant. And the dessert, baked cottage cheese with lemon? That’s something I make at home when I don’t feel like spending more than a minute in the kitchen.
