Todo perfecto. Personal super amable, y la habitación espaciosa y muy cómoda. Fue una linda experiencia japonesa.

The foutons were really comfortable;
The room was very clean and quiet;
We enjoyed having a bath in the room and on the ground floor;
The air-conditioning in the room was excellent - quiet and powerful;
Transport links were strong and lots of amenities nearby;
Staff were very helpful and friendly;
Free drinks and ice lollies in the lobby were a bonus.
The room was a bit bright in the mornings for our liking due to the gaps under the curtains, but fortunately, we were able to fix it with the extra quilts in the room;
There was no choice of pillows - only high pillows were provided (we prefer lower pillows).
