Rental Requirements: Saturday to Saturday (One-week minimum) from May through September & all major holidays.

I've stayed at Dunes of Panama before in unit 2101 that we found to be really nice but that one wasn't avaible so we decided to return in a different unit. This rental was nice but here is why I will not use this one again. The intake for the A.C. needed cleaning which I did. One of the bedroom air vent needed cleaning which told me the air quality. The dryer was old and in need of being replaced it took an hour and a half to dry a load. That was ridiculous.The oven is to old, you have a hard time seeing the lighted numbers to set the oven, and the front right burner comes on but does not heat up to boil anything. I did call maintenance and they were nice but just showed my daughter how to work it which wasn't the problem. The place was pretty clean except under the couch and the recliners in the cracks and under the couch cushions needed vacuuming. All these things left a bad taste in my mouth and next year we will probably will look into another place, because I felt for the money this unit was not a good quality that I was expecting. I wanted to complain but I didnt want to get my pants in a bunch at the time, I was saving it til I got home. The beach the pool and everything else was nice.

Condo needs a good deep cleaning and some updating. There was black dust on the vents as well as the return vent. Floor is in need of some deep cleaning as well. The coffee maker was broken so we replaced it because can’t go all week without one. Kitchen supplies need to be replaced. Pots and pans have seen their better days and had to purchase a cookie sheet so we had a pan to use in the oven. Speaking of oven, need to be replaced (burning through on bottom). Refrigerator doesn’t keep cool very well either. Dryer takes FOREVER to dry clothes. Location is good and Patio is great! I wouldn’t stay in this unit again, but would consider another unit.
