Dunes of Panama had a lot to offer for our family beach getaway. My husband and I were traveling with our 2 daughters, niece, and grandson. The accomodations were perfect for this size family. The unit was extremely clean. We also liked that we had a pool and ocean view from our room.
Dunes of Panama is off the beaten path of the Front Beach Road strip. This is a plus if you are want a more quiet stay. Also, you don't have to worry about a lot of traffic. The downside is that you will have a 15 min (or 20 depending on the traffic) drive to get to the action.
I would recommend staying at Dunes of Panama for any family that wants a more laid back stay. The pool was a good size and had plenty of pool loungers. We also spent a day at the beach. Our unit had 2 beach chairs in the closet, but we rented loungers from the rental company on the beach.
Overall, it was a great stay!

We were mostly pleased with the apartment except the floor rugs were very dirty and worn, the furniture in the living area was also very stained, the ceil in the hall way is in need of repair as well as the walls in the master bedroom by the sliding doors. It would be very nice with a few upgrades.

The staff and guests were amazing. The room was missing a few thing we have been use to having present such as large skillet s and pizza cutter and various other kitchen item but this aside, the room was beautiful and spacious and a very well priced accommodation. Would recommend to friends and family.
