• The dining area includes a cozy table that seats four and a breakfast bar with seating for two – great for morning pancakes or evening cocktails.
• The kitchen has been renovated with gorgeous granite countertops and is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals and snacks for the whole crew.

• The master bedroom offers a peaceful retreat featuring a king-size bed, electric fireplace for cozy ambiance, flat-screen TV, and sliding glass doors that lead directly to the balcony. It also includes a private en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
• The guest bedroom is designed with families in mind, offering two sets of bunk beds (sleeping 5 in total with 3 twins and 1 double bed), a flat-screen TV, and its own full bathroom with a convenient walk-in shower.

Step outside onto your private balcony, furnished with a table and four chairs, a lounger, and plenty of room to unwind. The east-facing Gulf view is slightly angled, giving you a lovely perspective of the sparkling water, especially in the early mornings when the sun rises over the horizon.
