Excellent, well maintained and extremely comfortable, super location for the pier and town - would certainly stay here again without hesitation.
The view from our room was nothing sort of spectacular
Nothing to not like about this place, no lift to floors, but not a challenge as the stairs are fully carpeted and a large landing between floors - excellent !!!!

Room is clean and same as picture, the receptionist lady is super lovely. I was worried about the sound insulation after reading the reviews but we didn’t hear anything from other rooms.
A bit hot in the room in summer even with the window open, but we got a fan from the hotel which made it a lot better.

Clean.friendly. few minor faults. But nothing to detract from the price.broken floorboard. Paint cracked around bathroom door. But overall very good.
