It was the cleanest guest house I have ever stayed in. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was lovely and the breakfast was very tasty.

Nothing at all.

Perfectly situated for town centre

Inviting Boutique Guest House in a superb location to the Old & New Towns as well as the seafront. We stayed in the cosy double, which looked out into the well maintained courtyard garden, which was open from 9am- 10pm. It was small but well equipped with storage & a very comfortable bed. Tea/coffee making facilities that were replenished daily. You could even help yourself to more tea, ect, from the supplies in the hallway. Coffee bags as well as oat milk were also available. A handy information pack which gave lots of places to visit was available in the room.

There really wasn't anything we disliked. We stayed for 3 nights. If you were to stay for longer, maybe one of the bigger rooms would be preferable. This is by no means degrading the room we stayed in which was exceptional 🙂

Interior of property was exceptional, particularly in the communal areas. Great host and the breakfast was worth the money.

The surrounding area was not the best, if you can see past that it’s pretty central and has access to town and see front with 10 mins
