Our triple room had a beautiful view over green hills, it was very spacious and had a lot of storage room and seating, so we felt comfortable spending time in there during a rainy day. Room and bathroom were newly renovated and very clean. With the double window panes it was completely quiet in spite of the noisy road. Breakfast was fresh and plenty, and the breakfast hours were long (7-10 am). The parking behind the building was convenient. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. To get downtown you could either walk for 20 min or take the bus right on the street.

The location is close to the university and to public transportation. Breakfast was good. Check-in was very easy with clear and timely directions and exactly as described. Free on-site parking a definite plus for travelers with a car.
Room and bathroom were quite small but fine for a single traveler. The view out the window was of a neighboring house-wall which was smeared with graffiti and an offensive slur which seemed to be targeted at guests of the hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast buffet had a variety of nice options, including fresh bread, muesli, yogurt, cheese and veggies.
The Wi-Fi did not work, which was very frustrating as I needed it for work. In addition, the walls seem to be quite thin because I could hear my neighbours talking, watching TV etc.
