Alles war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und das Personal ausnehmend freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Da fällt mir gar nichts ein außer ein paar Geräuschen, wohl aus der Küche (?), die morgens früh kurzzeitig störten. Und die Frühstückszeit könnte am Wochenende gern länger sein.

Petra, at the front desk, was amazing to us. She showed us where to get the best view of a nearby castle and it was breathtaking. She went to Great Lakes to make sure we knew where we were going. Also, the breakfast was amazing. So many choices and so delicious.
We could not figure out how to turn on the air conditioning in the room.

Individual, authentic style with attention to detail; beautiful spa facilities and gym, convenient family room
Nothing really; just a pity that breakfast only starts at 08:00 on holidays as that is too late for us early birds
