Everything, all perfect. Friendly environment. Easy to access, easy to go around.

Perfect hotel for families with small children. There is a very well-equipped games room, large spaces, playgrounds, and more. The receptionist is very friendly. There is an option to rent bicycles and a laundry service.

There is no air conditioning - we were there on warm days so it wasn't needed.

Perfectly located for summer and winter activities

The view, the location, although not very close to ski lifts in Flachau, the bus stop is 5 min walking and you can even walk to Flachau (about 40 minutes walk but beautiful view). The matresses were comfortable and there was plenty of storage space.

The cleanliness of the appartment-the freezer had frozen fruits inside, the oven was greasy which meant that everytime we wanted to use the oven there was a bad smell of burned grease coming in the appartment. The dishwasher was also dirty and it did not function properly (all dishes were wet and looked stained still after the ECO program). There are barely any glasses (3 extremelly small wine glasses, 1 glass for water, 2 shots for grappa). We notified the reception about this the night we arrived and a very rude lady came at 8:00 the next day, knocking loudly at the door non stop until we opened and gave us 4 glass cups. Not the best customer service to wake up your guest early in the morning during their vacation. She also came the last morning in the same manner to check when we are leaving although check-out time is stated 10:00 AM. The pillows were not great and the furniture is outdated.
