Fantastic

It is a fantastic hotel. They think about everything you may need when travelling with small kids. However the staff at the restaurant was the top. Such a friendly team running with hot plates among kids everywhere and still with a smile on their face. Wow! Food was absolutely delicious. We will hopefully arrive again.

מלון מפנק מאד!! עם חדרים ענקיים, חשבו על הכל עד הפרטים הקטנים: ניתן להשתמש ללא תשלום באופניים, עגלות, מנשאי גב, מוניטור ועוד… יש שירות קיטנה לילדים ללא תשלום וג׳ימבורי מקורה, גן שעשועים בחוץ ואפילו משחקייה בחדר האוכל… ממש רק לבוא ולהנות. המיקום מעולה וניתן לצאת לטייל במקומות מהממים במרחק של 15-20 דק נסיעה גג.

הבופה בצהריים לילדים מעט מצומצם ואם יש ילד בררן באוכל זה יכול להיות מעט מאתגר.

מלון מושלם!!!!! המיקום, הצוות , החדרים. הם עושים הכל מרמת העגלה שמתאימה לטיולים, מנשאים, אוכל לילדים כל מה שאפשר כדי להקל על ההורים. בתוך החדר אוכל חדר משחקים , גינה צמודה. גן עדן לילדים. האוכל חמוד הם ממש משתדלים פשוט לישראלים נראה לי קשה לאהוב אותו. אבל בהחלט מושקע. בקיצור אל תחפשו מלון אחר.

Für Familien mit Kindern bis ungefähr acht bis zehn Jahren absolut empfehlenswert.

Das Zimmer war sehr groß und sehr sauber. Der Wäscheständer auf dem Balkon war super. Dafür hat uns leider ein weiterer Stuhl gefehlt - bei einem Familienzimmer wären mehr als zwei Stühle doch sinnvoll. Das Personal beim Empfang und am Restaurant war wahnsinnig freundlich.

Uns fehlte am Aussenpool ein Getränkeautomat. Der Wasserspender war leider immer leer, wenn wir auffüllen wollten. Das man für Getränke vom dritten in den ersten Stock laufen muss war lästig.

Our apartment was not quite up to the very high standard of the rest of the hotel, but this didn't detract from the overall enjoyment of the stay.

Excellent for families

The hotel offers a good option for families. We have 4 children 1/4/7/10 years old. The younger two were taken care of in the kids club allowing us to Ski which was so helpful. The staff were kind in the kids club and attentive. The food was delicious. Our room had a mezzanine was clean and modern. The outdoor pool was lovely and the kids pool my little ones loved.

I’m English speaking and on check in I was promised the kids activity sheet would be translated into English for me. I asked a further two times and kept on being told ‘later.’ I felt like the fact I didn’t speak German was not catered for very well by the reception staff. Then in the room the whole booklet about the hotel was in German. thank God for photo translation apps. Again I felt irritated that there wasn’t an English version. I think you definitely need a car if you are a family with small kids. There were not any activities for the older kids. young children were in the sauna which they weren’t allowed to be in. Also a coffee machine in the room is a must!!!

Wonderful family hotel

Nearly everything is top notch, especially the pool and wellness areas. The food is delicious, staff is very friendly and helpful. The Vista is simply gorgeous. Kids are taking good care of. The rooms are nice and comfortable.

The sleeping couch wasn't very comfortable, no sink in the toilet room. There need to be more activities for older kids.
