Staff and the location which serves my staying purpose.
Wifi is weak, there was no kittle for hot water, but you can ask the receptionist for it and they will help you.

It was a quick check-in. Staff at the reception to restaurant and cleaners were helpful but no much friendly and welcoming. I guess this is general in Italy. The Hotel was clean and the location was very good.
Staff were not welcoming. Prices are a bit at higher side. Everytime you need to talk to the reciption to open the gate barrier.
