We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially the exceptional customer service, which exceeded all our expectations. The staff provided warm, personal attention every day, always focused on ensuring that guests had the best possible experience. A special thank-you to *** and ***! Although the rooms are not the most modern, they are large and spacious, with comfortable, high-quality beds, an excellent shower, a private balcony, and an unforgettable view. The breakfast was very good, and the pool and beach were perfect. The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet, without noise or children. The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle to the city three times a day, but it must be booked two days in advance. You can return by taxi, and there is also a boat service to the city for €25 per person, round trip. A taxi costs approximately €40 each way. We especially recommend spending your evenings at the restaurants and traditional tavernas in the city, as the hotel does not offer special evening entertainment on all nights. Eva Palace is connected to the ***, which is part of the same hotel group, and guests can use its facilities, including the beach, swimming pool, and gym. There are several restaurants on the property, and the ones we tried were excellent. I rented a car from *** at the hotel. If you plan to explore the island and visit additional beaches, I recommend booking a car in advance—preferably from the airport and local like ***. In my opinion, renting one for a day or two is enough to see the main attractions. That said, the beaches at the hotels within this group were actually better than any of the other beaches we visited. Thank you for the wonderful service. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Beautiful, peaceful hotel with stunning sea views and amazing sunsets. The staff was friendly, the room was comfortable, and the atmosphere was elegant and relaxing. A perfect place to unwind. I would definitely come back.

Beautiful views from Superior Panoramic room, the sister hotel is lovely to use facilities. Staff very helpful. The only negative is for anyone with mobility problems there is plenty of steps down to pool and beach from main building. But without steps you wouldn’t have the stunning views.

They changed the beach towels only two times in seven days. They also cancelled our boat trip last minute saying the weather was bad, but it was awesome.
