Cleanliness, location close enough to centre but not too near, good access to railway station. Bed comfortable, pillows ok.
Didn’t like the ‘rush/need to reserve sun beds around the pool by a majority of the guests. Felt the bar/lounge area was a bit ‘soul less’, should be the heart of the hotel, bit of a ‘token gesture’ bar.

Location, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff
Bed was a little soft for my liking but purely personal preference. Tea and coffee in room would have been appreciated

Property itself was great and the fact that full breakfast was available for reasonable price. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Location was good; restaurants and bars nearby were accessible with good prices.
Due to winter season, there is no A/C for the rooms is turned off, and instead operate with the heater. Most of the time the rooms was very hot, and the window opening was limited. Conditions on lobby and hallways were cooler.

Great roof top pool and loungers available
Location
Breakfast - poor quality
Room was overcrowded with too much furniture, not a good design - nowhere to hang towels after shower unless you stepped back into the wet shower to reach the shelves
Colour scheme is too out there - wouldnt want to spend any time in the room other than sleeping
