The hotel is conveniently located close to the city centre. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is well-equipped, the rooms are comfortable, and the beds are particularly comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, varied, and plentiful; however, we missed having a hot breakfast option, such as eggs.
The furniture is somewhat outdated, the refrigerator was not working, and the cleanliness was not perfect, particularly in the bathroom.

Everything was great! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. They kindly allowed me to leave my luggage in the storage room both before check-in and after check-out, which made my trip much more convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

Location and area to relax was such a great amenity to have. Staff were excellent. Really friendly and helpful with fluent English.
Room door was difficult to close properly and there was a very bad smell at times outside and inside our room but was dealt with by staff as soon as we said it.
