Very comfortable room with comfortable bed. Only a relatively short walk to the bus stop where buses left for the airport every few minutes.
No air-conditioning.

amazing breakfast, very clean room, sparkling clean bathroom, very comfy beds with a choice of tall or short pillows, garage and street (public parking), close to the zoo and the highway and an amazing restaurant!
more of a nuisance but the door could use a sill/doorstep because light does creep in. The only thing I disliked was someone talking in the hallways from 5:30 AM to about 7:00 AM, that woke me up a couple of times (but I'm a very light sleeper).

Great location - the hotel is about 8 minutes walk from the Metro line A and the 59 airport bus. There is also a KFC and Pizza Hut within a 10 minute walk.
Our room on 1st floor was very clean and looked newly fitted.
Choice of breakfast food could have been better. The fried eggs were very rubbery and overcooked.
There was some loud drilling noise from redecorating(?) during the day.
Rooms were quite small but functional.
No kettle or hot drink making facilities in the room, but this does not seem unusual for Czech hotels.

The place was squeaky clean, easy access from the tram stop. Night shift receptionist was polite.
Very first place I slept in with no complimentary bottle of water, no tea and kettle in the room, everything was available for an extra fee. I expected more from 3 stars place, especially with that price per night. I've been offered a breakfast box as the meal was included in the room fee and I informed about my early check out. Sadly, I didn't received it in the morning.
