Location and friendly staff and managers
The towels had brown stains and there were some hairs on the clean bed and also in the clean bathtub. Also the pool area smelled like a sewer.

Location was nice, good swimming pool and other wellness facilities. Check-in time until midnight is great, just as check out at noon (is on average 11:00 or earlier).
Noisy room, staff was distant: not pro-active and customer friendly, breakfast was under regular level quality wise.

The hotel is totally excellent. Great location on the quiet Namesti Male less than 5 minutes from main square. Super clean room, spacious and exceptionally comfortable. Staff were wonderful and breakfast was amazing!

Very nice hotel in the city center. swimming pool, breakfest
No warm water in the morning, no effort to compensate the lack of warm water from staff. The room was situated towards the square just next to bell tower - every 15 mins alarm...
