Great location, easy check in/out, clean rooms, great breakfast and restaurant right on site. Helpful staff, underground parking for a fee.

Sauna, jacuzzi, close to the castle
At check in they did not clearly inform us how to find our room, so we ended up crossing an art exhibition in the ball room. Parking around the hotel is not easy, there is no room to stop in front of the hotel even just to check in.

Location Reception staff
Breakfast - nothing good except the bread and croissants. Scrambled eggs are disastrous. Managing the situation when there is unacceptable disturbance in the neighboring rooms. Not compensating when I had to call the reception twice about the noise. Checking in a rude group of youngsters to rooms on the same floor next to each other. After all the disturbance charging me for a lousy bag of nuts. No amenities in bathroom. Bed comfort.
