Breakfast was good, but not great. Very helpful staff.
Bathroom was pokey and a bit tired. Had to get the tech person to fix the sink plug. Is a bit of a walk to the nearest train station to get to the city centre. Price was high for what we got due to the UEFA Cup being on.

Rather good location. Especially when you have football match or another sports activity at the MVM Dome. 3 minutes by a walk from a metro station.

It may need some renovation, maybe. It looks like a traditional hotel from the 80th. But it is OK in general.

The reception staff were absolutely excellent throughout my stay. They were exceptionally friendly, professional and knowledgeable about Budapest, and always extremely helpful and attentive whenever I needed assistance.
The breakfast staff were unfortunately quite rude and unprofessional on two occasions. On my first morning, I was abruptly told not to sit at a particular table because it was being prepared for the evening. I was happy to move, but the unnecessarily harsh tone was disappointing.
On my final morning, I was told not to take a banana despite having paid for breakfast and having a long journey ahead of me. Ironically, the moment the waiter walked away with his tray he dropped the entire tray of cups and plates right beside my table. He then laughed with the other staff. A piece of broken crockery was left near my foot, which I had to point out before it was removed.
Overall, I found these interactions unnecessarily rude, dismissive and unprofessional. Guests should be treated with basic courtesy and respect.
